- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1-2 oz. cream cheese softened (goat cheese works great too!)
- 1-2 Tbsp. Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam
- 1-2 Tbsp. bacon cooked and diced
Instructions
- Butter the outsides of both slices of bread. Spread the unbuttered side of one slice of bread with softened cheese, then Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam. Sprinkle on some bacon. Put second slice of bread on top, butter side out. Grill on both sides until lightly browned.
